Hamilton Place Car Wash And Detail

I've drove by this establishment for awhile now and its always popping with the nicest cars getting detailed so I assumed this was the place to go. I can't speak for others and I don't drive a luxury car by no means but I cherish my little "paid off" vehicle. My little wagon is very sentimental to me. I never thought it would end up like this. All I wanted was a wash, wax, detail, vacuum. I didn't think going here would run up repair cost at a minimum of $560+ I've got to replace 3 to 4 parts on my vehicle, 1 that got ripped completely off. My vehicle was taken around back as I was going over packages inside, and I DID NOT think they ran cars through a car wash. I thought they hand washed everything which is why I chose to come here. My car can't go through "drive thru" car washes because my sunroof leaks. I DID make that clear to the employee before hand. It did, water leaked all in the top of my interior. I honestly hate that I didn't get to leave a better review but this was my experience. I don't so much blame them for the sunroof leakage but the missing and ripped off car parts disgust me. NEVER AGAIN. I'll just do it myself. And I actually tipped. Smh

I took my car to Hamilton Place Car Wash and Detail because I’m getting ready to sell it, and honestly, the results are incredible. It looks brand new again. One thing that really stood out was seeing the owner, Tina, right out there with her sleeves rolled up, helping the team wash the cars. You don’t see that kind of leadership very often, and it clearly shows in the quality of the work. It’s great to see a local business where the owner is that hands on and dedicated to making sure things are done right. Malakai did an amazing job waxing it with his keen attention to detail and helping me navigate which service I should get. Also Camyn asking me to check it out to see if there’s anything more they can do before leaving is very nice. I’ll definitely be back with my next vehicle.

This use to be a quality shop have went to them for years, but the last several times it has really changed.. there is no quality especially on the interior it’s half assed and rushed through.. missed areas throughout the whole interior, failure to clean the windows in the tough to reach places.. I keep saying I won’t go back but here I am again..take a little pride and a little attention to detail and it will definitely get noticed.. sorry to leave a bad review but it’s consistently bad especially for the price

"Listen to me... I need you to understand the level of diabolical I witnessed at the Hamilton Place Car Wash. I went in for a wash. I came out needing a therapist and a union rep. See, most of y'all are used to Mod Wash. You go to Super Suds. That’s 'entry-level' existence. That’s $15 an hour to stand there and look at your phone while a giant blue noodle tickles a Honda Civic. That’s a job where you can still have a favorite color and a functioning lumbar spine. But Hamilton Place? This isn't a business. This is a Full-Service Stress Test designed by someone who thinks The Hunger Games was a training manual! I’m watching these brothers work. They aren't just 'cleaning'—they are performing a mechanical exorcism. They’re vacuuming like they’re trying to suck the 1990s out of the carpet! They’re hand-drying panels like every water droplet is a witness to a crime that needs to be silenced! And the rims? They’re scrubbing those rims like they’re trying to find their own stolen dreams at the bottom of the lug nuts! And while this Olympic-level labor is happening, I’m looking at the 'Manager’s Special' pay scale. I’m doing the math in my head—and the math is yelling at me! It’s screamin

Because they do the whole race, they don't do it as well, but they should have been careful with the rings or cleaned them well, since they did the same thing to me last time and this time they only half clean the rimS.. And I would have loved if they had actually emphasized that since I had told it to the lobbyist. And many details around the vehicle. Unfortunately, I thought they were going to do their best, but doing it quickly doesn't mean doing it right. Some of the same bugs that were inside are still there.. lol
